SEDIV Software License & Support Policy
License Activation & Support Terms
The SEDIV software license includes one (1) year of activation support from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions described in this policy.
This policy is intended to ensure fair usage, protect software integrity, and maintain a stable and professional operating environment for all licensed users.

Covered Scenarios (Activation Support Included)
During the active one-year support period, license reactivation assistance will be provided at no additional cost in the following situations:
* Windows corruption or operating system failure
* Windows reinstallation
* Failure or replacement of the system hard drive or SSD containing the operating system
* License deactivation caused by operating system issues
* System drive formatting required for maintenance or repair
In such cases, SEDIV may issue a replacement activation after technical verification.

Hardware Change Policy
SEDIV licenses are hardware-bound and are issued for a specific workstation.
Major hardware changes may affect the activation status of the license, including but not limited to:
* Motherboard replacement
* CPU replacement
* Multiple hardware component replacements
* Complete workstation replacement
* Migration to a different physical computer
License reactivation cannot be guaranteed after major hardware changes unless prior approval has been obtained from SEDIV or an authorized SEDIV representative.

Mandatory Coordination Before Hardware Changes
If any hardware upgrade, replacement, or system migration is planned during the active support period, the license holder must contact SEDIV in advance.
After review and approval:
* Hardware modifications may be authorized
* A replacement activation may be issued when applicable
* Additional verification may be required
Failure to notify SEDIV before hardware modifications may affect reactivation eligibility and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Maximum Activation Policy
To prevent abuse, unauthorized sharing, or improper use of software licenses, SEDIV reserves the right to review activation history.
Excessive activation requests caused by:
* Repeated operating system reinstallations
* Frequent hardware modifications
* Multiple workstation migrations
* Virtual machine deployments
* Unusual activation patterns
may require additional verification and approval.
SEDIV reserves the right to refuse activation requests that appear inconsistent with normal licensed usage.

User Responsibilities
The license holder is responsible for:
* Maintaining a stable system environment
* Keeping backups of important data
* Avoiding unauthorized hardware modifications
* Contacting support before major system upgrades
* Protecting license files and activation information
* Complying with all SEDIV licensing requirements
SEDIV licenses are intended for professional use only.

Support Scope
The one-year support period covers license activation assistance only.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, the following services are not included:
* Data recovery consultation
* HDD, SSD, or NVMe repair assistance
* Firmware analysis services
* Remote repair sessions
* Technical training
* Custom engineering services
* Third-party hardware or software support
Such services may be offered separately under dedicated support or training agreements.

No Liability Clause
SEDIV does not guarantee license reactivation in cases involving:
* Unauthorized hardware replacement
* Complete workstation replacement without prior approval
* System cloning or disk imaging
* Migration to virtual machines
* License sharing
* Reverse engineering attempts
* Violation of licensing terms
* Fraudulent or misleading activation requests
All activation and reactivation requests are reviewed individually.
